Age: 2-3 years

Class Attire: Baby blue or pink dancewear.  This is usually a  body suit for girls and a  tshirt and black shorts for a boy but we welcome children in whatever attire they feel most comfortable in, regardless of gender​

Our youngest dancers follow our structured program designed for early development of dance and movement. This Class is an introduction to all dance fundamentals including rhythm, expressiveness, creative movement, good posture, stretching, strengthening & the very basics of dance.

Age: 4 years and up
Class Attire: Black unitard, bikertard or bodysuit with beige stir-up tights. / None/Bare feet / Hair: Neatly secured in a low ponytail.

Our Acro classes combine acrobatics, tumbling, stretching and dance. Acro develops a sense of line, along with flexibility and strength.

Age: 2 years and up
Class Attire: Black bodysuit any style, Mondor tights 316 or 319. / Pink canvas split-sole ballet slippers. / Hair: Neatly secured in a bun.

Classes emphasize the development of classical ballet skills with a emphasis on proper placement and alignment. Ballet promotes a sense of rhythm, musicality and expression. Technical, graceful and the base for all other forms of dance.

Age: 4 years and up
Class Attire: black bodysuit, beige tights or black dance pants/capris/boy shorts. / Beige jazz shoes (split sole or full sole). Hair: Neatly secured in a ponytail.

Dancers are taught the proper technique performing expressive & energetic movements. Classes include warm-up, isolations, progressions & choreography. Classes consist of group & solo work promoting confidence & self-esteem while working with co-ordination and body movement.

Age: 4 years and up
Class Attire: black bodysuit, black tights or black dance pants or capris. / Black tap shoes (any style). / Hair: Neatly secured in a ponytail or bun.

A very high energy class that lets your feet play the music. Its lots of fun and teaches great timing, rhythm & co-ordination like no other dance style. Learn how to make all the sounds- using proper technique and an endless list of steps that are taught according to age and ability.

Age: 4 years and up
Class Attire: Black tank top/t-shirt, black capris or sweatpants. / Clean, indoor running shoes. / Hair: Neatly secured in a ponytail.

Hip hop culture started in the early 70’s in the States with such elements as graffiti, mc’ing, dj’ing and breakdancing. Now hip hop is worldwide and is known as one of the most popular and influential youth cultures in the world. Come learn the dance that has amazed the world and learn confidence, positivity, and the limitless dynamics of the human body!

Age: 7 years and up
Class Attire: Black Bodysuit & Capris, Dance Shorts or Leggings / Shoes: None/ Bare Feet / Hair: Neatly secured in a ponytail.

Lyrical blends ballet and jazz styles. Lyrical dancers will learn to use movement to express emotions and interpret the music. Lyrical dances will often employ lyrics to serve as inspiration for movements and expression. Movements in lyrical dance are characterized by fluidity and grace, with the dancer flowing seamlessly from one move to another.

Age: 6 years and upClass Attire: black bodysuit, beige tights or black dance pants/capris/boy shorts. / Beige jazz shoes (split sole or full sole).  / Hair: Neatly secured in a ponytail.

 

The class will build self-esteem and stress the importance of teamwork within an acting/dance class setting. Improvisation, drama exercises, dance and script work will be explored. This class is ideal for students interested in expressing themselves through acting, singing and dancing.   If you have never danced or taken any classes before don’t worry, this class is open to all levels and abilities!
